The Rebel Road Process

Prepare for your Service Date

To ensure the highest quality of work and a smooth experience for every client, we adhere to strict scheduling and preparation protocols. Please review what to prepare and expect for your upcoming appointment.

Qualifying Inspection

These appointments are strictly set to be same day. Same Day Drop-off, Same Day Pick-Up. Meaning your vehicle must be dropped off no later than 9:00 AM and picked up no later than 4:30 PM that same day. If scheduling becomes impossible to accommodate, please call and reschedule for a better date.

This is not a service date!! No work will be performed.

How to Prepare

  • Mark your calendar.
  • Make sure you have tow/trailer and/or ride home arrangements made in advance for drop off (9am) and pick up (4:30pm).
  • Make sure any personal items have been removed from the vehicle.
  • Ensure there are no items that can pose a danger to our techs.
  • DO NOT FORGET THE KEYS!
  • Prepare to sign required documentation from our staff to begin the Inspection.

What to Expect

  • Phone calls, if needed, from our Project Consultants for any updates and confirmations.
  • Dedicate time during pick-up to go over your Classic's tailored findings and game planning!
  • NO WORK/SERVICING WILL BE PERFORMED DURING THIS APPOINTMENT. Same Day Drop-off, Same Day Pick-Up.

Service Date / Drop Off

This is the BIG DATE!!! The items listed below are HIGHLY recommended and/or required to ensure a smooth drop-off and preparations to begin the process of transforming your CLASSIC!

How to Prepare

  • Mark your calendar.
  • Make sure you have tow/trailer and/or a ride home arrangements made in advance for drop off (9am) and for pick up (date TBD). REQUIRED
  • Make sure any personal items have been removed from vehicle.
  • Ensure there are no items that can pose a danger to our techs.
  • DO NOT FORGET THE KEYS! REQUIRED
  • Prepare time to sign required documentation and review work orders from our staff to begin Servicing. REQUIRED
  • Ensure vehicle has updated tags and insurance. REQUIRED
  • TAKE A BEFORE PICTURE!!!

What to Expect

  • Phone calls, if needed, from our Project Consultants for any updates and confirmations in order to continue work.
  • Due to safety reasons, while the vehicle is being worked on you must gain approval from front desk staff to walk into our shop.

Pick Up Date

This is the BIGGER DATE!!! It's time to take your baby HOME! The items listed below are HIGHLY recommended and/or required to ensure a smooth pick-up, so you can enjoy your ride home faster!

How to Prepare

  • Mark your calendar!!!
  • Make sure you have tow or trailer arrangements made in advance for pick up (date TBD).
  • Ensure vehicle has updated tags and insurance.
  • TAKE AN AFTER PICTURE!!!
  • Meet the staff!

What to Expect

  • Project Consultants will schedule the pick-up date. Please do not rush this process. (We don't rush art!)
  • If the vehicle received minor services and poses other safety concerns, expect the vehicle to be labeled "Un-safe to Drive."
  • During pick-up, dedicate time to go over updates, vehicle expectations, findings, etc.
  • DON'T FORGET THE KEYS!!
